Key responsibilities
- Developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and support new business acquisition.
- Planning and managing email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Identifying and developing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, events, and activations to expand market reach.
- Strengthening Lifecare’s brand positioning and identifying opportunities for growth in the Kenyan market.
- Collaborating with the New Business and Customer Experience teams to align marketing activities with commercial priorities.
- Monitoring campaign performance, lead conversion, and return on investment (ROI) to optimise marketing effectiveness.
- Working closely with the Group Marketing team to adapt campaigns and resources to the local market.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including hands-on campaign planning and execution.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, events, partnerships, or sponsorships.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other relationship-driven sectors is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, CRM tools, audience targeting, and campaign performance measurement.
- Excellent project management, communication, creative problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to translate marketing activities into measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong writing and editing skills.
