Sales & Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously refine strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Lead and drive the overall growth of the company through effective promotion and positioning of the company’s products and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve and enhance products and services based on market feedback and customer needs.
• Lead the development and implementation of sound pricing strategies that optimize profitability, competitiveness, and brand growth.
• Conduct regular market surveys and competitive analysis, advising management on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Department by monitoring sales revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
• Ensure proactive talent management, including coaching, mentoring, and development, to drive departmental growth and capability.
• Manage employee performance by setting clear sales targets, KPIs, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Establish and enforce efficient, effective, and high quality customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare, implement, and control the Marketing Budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and implement remedial actions to address identified gaps.
• Manage the company website content and e-marketing platforms, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and alignment with brand strategy.
• Design, develop, and deploy effective sales and marketing tools to support product and service promotion.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
