Sales Associate

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and engage them in conversation to understand their fashion preferences and needs.
• Assist customers in selecting clothing items, accessories, and bags by providing personalized recommendations and styling advice.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products, including fabric types, sizes, colors, and current fashion trends.
• Maintain a very clean, well organized, and visually appealing shop environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain all merchandise in excellent condition, as per the shop’s procedures.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Stay informed about upcoming promotions, sales events, and new product arrivals to effectively promote and cross-sell merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Uphold company policies and standard operating procedures.
