Key responsibilities
- Own the regional sales target and drive aggressive, sustainable growth.
- Lead, coach and manage a distributed field sales team.
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy that grows loan book volume and quality.
- Recruit and develop sales talent across the region.
- Partner with credit & risk teams to protect portfolio quality.
- Represent Zanifu as the senior leader on the ground.
Candidate requirements
- 5+ Years’ sales experience, including 2+ years leading a team.
- Fintech, microfinance or lending experience strongly preferred.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing a field-based or dispersed sales team.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, finance or related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
