Key responsibilities
- Providing radiographic and imaging services in the college;.
- Processing, verifying and maintaining information relating to patients;.
- Preparing processing chemicals and processing of films;.
- Carrying out proper and regular dusting and disinfecting of equipment and other accessories;.
- Ordering and maintaining records of radiographic and photographic equipment and other supplies; and.
- Managing radiation machines, equipment and accessories in the X-ray unit.
Candidate requirements
- For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:.
- Diploma in Radiography and Imaging or its equivalent qualification from a recognised institution;.
- Been registered bwith the Society of Radiography in Kenya (SORK) and in good standing;.
- Valid practicing licence; and.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
