Key responsibilities
- Assessing the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests.
- Managing customer expectations.
- Preparing repair or modification cost estimates and finalizing agreements.
- Planning, organizing, and scheduling the workflow.
- Regularly updating customers on the progress of their repairs.
- Restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending parts, removing rust, repairing scratches, and spray-painting panels.
- Accommodating customization requests.
- Ensuring compliance to industry specifications and safety standards.
Candidate requirements
- Trade school/college graduate or should have 2 – 3 years relevant technical education.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Five (5) years heavy diesel maintenance experience.
- Tire and Lube Technician Experience.
- Must have five (3) years of experience in automotive or diesel mechanics, diesel or gasoline engines which may include fleet.
- Auto wiring certification and experience is an added advantage.
- Basic Gas and arc welding.
