Candidate requirements
- MBChB or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Masters Degree in Medicine (MMed), Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Management, or related clinical specialty is highly desirable.
- Valid Licence and current retention certificate from KMPDC.
- Minimum 7-10 years of clinical with atleast 3 – 5years in senor medical management or leadership role in a busy level 4 or 5 Hospital.
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan Healthcare Ecosystem SHA/SHIF operations, private insurance frameworks.
- At least five years service as clinical lead e. g. Department or Section.
