- About Us
- NestVest is a growing Nairobi property platform covering rentals, resales and new-project promotions. We are building our in-house marketing team and need a hands-on Marketing Manager to own lead generation and promotion across channels.
- The Role
- You will run end-to-end marketing for our property business — from planning campaigns and producing content, to running paid ads, managing our website/social channels, and — most importantly — turning marketing into booked viewings and closed leads.
Required skills
3+ years in marketing, ideally with a property, real-estate, or high-ticket sales background (any of: housing, land, mortgages, PropTech, agencies, online lead-gen)Hands-on across channels: digital ads (Meta/Google), social media & content, website/landing pages, email/WhatsApp follow-upLead-to-sales mindset: you understand that marketing's job is qualified enquiries, and you track conversion, not just reachPeople skills: able to lead/coordinate a small team or work closely with our sales team (management experience a plus, not a must)Good English, strong communicationNice-to-Have (not required)Experience in property management / facilities — you know landlords, tenants, and how housing transactions really workBasic analytics (GA4, Meta Business Suite, CRM) and design toolsWhy JoinReal product, clear KPIs, room to build the marketing function from scratch.
