Key responsibilities
- Turn requirements into technical designs, data models and user interfaces, working with the Project Lead and other specialists.
- Build responsive web applications using a modern JavaScript framework and backend services.
- Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases and REST APIs.
- Integrate third-party systems such as mobile data collection tools, payment gateways and enterprise systems through secure APIs.
- Build dashboards and reporting views for key indicators.
- Implement authentication, role-based access and a full audit trail.
- Optimise applications for performance and low-bandwidth use.
- Test, fix defects, release updates, and hand over source code and documentation at the end of the engagement.
