Key responsibilities
- Custodian of recount protocols.
- In-charge of the counter screen processes and daily livestreaming of the data from handled cages.
- Ensure all mother cages and destination cages are well feed per protocol.
- Coordinate towing plan with inshore handling and towing teams.
- Work closely with the lake operations department to ensure timely setting of destination cages for stocking.
- Responsible for the final inspection of the net integrity for all destination cages.
- Work closely with the feeding and lake operations teams to ensure all cages have adequate sinkers and keep the inventory for it.
- Any other duty assigned by the manager.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Knowledge and skills:.
- Knowledge on fish feeding techniques and feed optimization.
- Basic Microsoft Office experience.
- Professionalism and strong work ethic.
- Positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to train, monitor and direct team members.
- Ability to follow established standard operating procedures.
- Ability to communicate and report through different channels available in the company.
- Organization skills.
- Possess good personality and communication skills, with the ability to do tasks under stressful environment and minimum supervision.
