Key responsibilities
- Directly responsible for mother cage and destination cage fish feeding and husbandry practices.
- Supports the counter screen processes and daily livestreaming of the data from handled cages.
- Allocate feed rations for closed cages based on the biomass stocked. Work closely with feeding team to ensure timely feed orders for destination cages ongoing.
- Collate data on feed fed for holding cages and share with both data and feeding teams.
- Ensure bottom mort are collected from mother cages before handling.
- Work with the supervisor to ensure all SOPs are followed including monitoring of the daily KPIs and progress reporting.
- In-charge of the sampling process and data entry as well as platform data communication.
- Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure platform is always clean.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Knowledge and skills:.
- Knowledge on fish feeding techniques and feed optimization.
- Basic Microsoft Office experience.
- Professionalism and strong work ethic.
- Positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to train, monitor and direct team members.
- Ability to follow established standard operating procedures.
- Ability to communicate and report through different channels available in the company.
- Organization skills.
- Possess good personality and communication skills, with the ability to do tasks under stressful environment and minimum supervision.
