Key responsibilities
- Lead Group financial strategy, budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and performance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, fundraising and working capital.
- Review project budgets, margins, costs and commercial performance.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management.
- Oversee intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, tax and statutory compliance.
- Lead finance teams and partner with business leaders.
- Drive finance systems, automation and continuous improvement.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field.
- CPA(K), ACCA or CIMA mandatory; good standing with relevant body.
- Minimum 7 years’ progressive finance experience, including 3 years in senior finance leadership.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth business, building scalable finance functions.
- Group or multi-country finance operations experience preferred Strong (FP&A), Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Audit, Working Capital Management and Cash Flow Management.
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and commercial skills.
