Key responsibilities

Identify, develop and manage business accounts across pharmacies, hospitals and physiotherapy clinics.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and grow sales within assigned territories.
Conduct product demonstrations and activations to promote healthcare products and increase product awareness.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and key decision-makers within the healthcare sector.
Follow up on customer orders to ensure timely processing, delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections in line with company requirements.
Maintain accurate customer visit records and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports detailing customer visits, new accounts developed, sales activities and progress against targets.

Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
At least two years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare-product sales.
Demonstrated experience in acquiring and developing new customer accounts.
A valid driving licence.
A physiotherapy or clinical background will be an added advantage.
Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales relationships.
Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate sales records and reports.
