Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate training records, evaluate participant feedback and learning outcomes, and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of future sessions.
- Collaborate with academic and programme teams to identify training needs and tailor short courses or modules to programme requirements.
- Keep training materials, examples, and practical exercises current with emerging industry practices, tools, standards, and technologies.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their professional and technical development.
- Assess participants understanding and practical application of concepts through exercises, projects, assessments, and other appropriate methods.
- Integrate professional skills and certification-aligned modules into relevant academic and professional programmes.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations, exercises, case studies, and practical assignments to enhance participants applied skills.
- Align training content and learning activities with relevant professional certification standards and industry requirements.
- Develop and facilitate practical training sessions in areas such as financial modelling, Excel, Power BI, project management tools, governance, and related professional skills.
- Deliver short, intensive workshops in professional skills, technical tools, and certification-aligned areas.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or another relevant field required.
- Recognised professional certification (e. g. PMP/PRINCE2, CPA-K, CFA, Power BI/Excel, ISO)
- 5+ Years’ training or corporate experience.
