Key responsibilities

Assess the property, market, competition and commercial opportunities.
Develop the business model, business plan and revenue strategy.
Identify target markets, products, services and revenue streams.
Develop pricing, revenue targets and operating budgets.
Monitor revenue, costs, cash flow and P&L performance.
Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, event organisers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Drive sales, marketing, customer acquisition and new business development.
Identify required infrastructure and investment and prioritise based on potential returns.
Develop appropriate operating systems, processes and staffing structures.
Lead implementation of the approved business model.
Establish KPIs and provide regular performance reports to the Owner/Shareholder.

Role Purpose
We are seeking a commercially driven, entrepreneurial and hands-on Commercial & Business Development Manager to develop our client's property into a sustainable and profitable business.
The successful candidate will assess the property and market, identify commercial opportunities, develop revenue streams, build strategic partnerships and drive implementation.
