Key responsibilities
- Examining all expenditure at the accounts section; Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports e. g. cob reports, expenditure reports, cash flows; reconciling bank statements with cash books; answering audit queries and inquiries; supervising and guiding staff under him/her and any other duties assigned from time to time.
Candidate requirements
- For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: –.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in either Commerce (Accounting/Finance option) Business Administration (Accounting) option from a recognized institution or any other relevant equivalent qualification.
- A Pass in Part II of the Certified Public Accountants (K) Examination or its approved equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in computer applications.
